OUSD Volunteer Requirements

New volunteers who will be performing unsupervised roles (meaning not in the presence of an OUSD employee) are required to be fingerprinted and submit proof of a negative TB test taken within the last six months.  New volunteers who will be supervised are only required to submit the TB test results.  
 
Returning volunteers must show proof of a negative TB test every four years and get fingerprint clearance every three years.
 
Volunteers can complete an application through the OUSD website. 
 
Once an application is submitted, volunteers will receive a Welcome Letter via email with instructions on submitting negative TB test results and a Live Scan form, required to complete the fingerprinting.
